We charge a flat rate of $5 within Australia. Postage to New Zealand is a flat rate of $15 (per 2kg increments).
We ship worldwide and delivery fees vary depending on destination and weight of orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Riatta uses third party domestic and international providers for all deliveries.
All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and may require a signature and photo identification on receipt. We recommend that you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Riatta does not accept liability for any parcels left unattended by our agents if nobody is home to accept delivery.
Orders will be packaged in plain boxes for privacy and security reasons. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times.
Riatta will dispatch most domestic orders within one to three business days assuming all items are in stock. Dispatching international orders can take up to two weeks. Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times. Orders will only be dispatched as soon as payment and stock have been processed.
You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order. If an item is out of stock, we will ask you to nominate an alternative product or other arrangement.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from Riatta, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
